Best SciFi Books I've Read So Far

I've recently read the Ender Series of books ( first 5 done so far), which began in the 1980s.  These books by Orson Scott Card I believe is some of the best SciFi writing available, and I'm surprised it's taken me this long to find them.    I recommend them to any fan of SciFi, or good story telling.     Wheel of Time is Fantasy, not SciFi. But the Ender books, especially the first, "Ender's Game", is really good.
