This map shows the national debt of the countries of the world as a percentage of that nations GDP.  While I’m not saying the US National debt is not something to worry about ( it is ), it does remind us that while the US has the highest debt in the world, as a percentage of GDP it isn’t as bad as some countries’.

    I think that debt consolidation is the primary problem that the world has to deal with right now. There has to be a way to fix that and maybe there is one, but I don't think that rich people would be very glad to see that happening.
  • Well the map shows the debt that the government owes, not the individual people, but that's not to say the governments shouldn't do something similar.
