Police Officer Over-Reacts

There have been a number of police taser abuses recently.  Yes, they are very effective, mostly safe, and 99% non-lethal, but some officers have taken to using them without discrimination.  The video below shows the dash-cam of a police officer who pulled over a mother in a mini-van.  Not only did he change his story about why he pulled her over, but proceeded to give confusing orders (ordering her back in to her vehicle, then right back out again). The mother is not entirely blameless.  She didn't follow instruction, and acted aggressively, but officers are trained to handle these types of situations.  At this point there was no reason for the tasering.

BELLEVUE, Ohio -- Police said an Ohio man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a picnic table. Police arrested Arthur Price Jr. after an anonymous tipster dropped off three DVDs that reportedly showed Price in the act.According to NBC Toledo, Ohio, affiliate WNWO-TV, the videos show Price tilting the metal round picnic table on its side and then laying up against it to have sexual intercourse with the table. Afterward, he can then be seen cleaning the table and the deck. During questioning, he reportedly admitted to having sex with the table. Police said he also admitted to bringing the table inside his home for sex.Price faces four counts of public indecency. He was freed after posting $20,000 bond, authorities said.

This is just really really sad and angering.....
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Two men fatally shot a 21-year-old man during a suspected home-invasion, then shot his 7-month-old son in the head as he was strapped in a car seat outside the home, police said.
